Servi offers full condition monitoring and lubrication technical advice, including X ray spectroscopy by using electron microscopy (SEM-EDS) where we can perform material investigations. In addition, we have in-depth knowledge on microbial problems in fuel, metalworking fluids and other petroleum products. We have interdisciplinary expertise which makes us able to give our customers the best advice and follow up. Interpretation of results
Servi will for each assignment, prepare a report in a easy to grasp format, where we give a short summary and interpretation of results. If the results are closing or exceeding established thresholds, we will propose mitigation strategies in order to reduce the risk of machinery malfunctioning and downtime. Upon request we can offer condition monitoring trending where we add a trend curve in the report to ease the long term overview of the condition of the application. SERVI DynaSamp are available in several varieties, suitable for most operating conditions - supplied in various materials and pressure ranges. Our sampler ensures that the sample contain a homogeneous fluid, thus represents more accurately the state of the machinery. A homogeneous sample taken during normal operational conditions is by far the best approach for condition monitoring.
SERVI DynaSamp is the only test method that has been approved by Lloyds Register to take representative and repeatable samples for classification purposes. This is imperative in order to use the results for trending of the condition of the application. Contact us for more information.
Online Monitoring
Servi also supply sensors for online condition monitoring. The system can be configured with thresholds where the user is noticed if the various parameters are showing abnormal readings. The on- line sensors can be used in combination with
a more thorough analysis which can be performed in a laboratory.
