Servi has been a supplier of "Power and Motion Control" for more than a century. It all started when the Dane Sophus Berendsen established Ingeniørforretningen Atlas in 1912.
We have been owned by Danes and Swedes, and have changed names and logos a number of times. Today, we are finally «on Norwegian hands», after being acquired by the family-owned industrial group FERD in 2013. This gives us unique opportunities for growth and development, and marks the beginning of a new era in Servi’s history.
On 1 October 2013 we became "SERVI GROUP" and launched the new name along with a whole new profile.
With our 4 companies and 10 locations, we are well-known in the market as a major supplier within offshore, marine and land-based industry. In the times ahead, we are preparing the company for national and global growth. It is our owner’s expressed goal that we grow our business, through organic growth as well as acquisitions.
